I just added a qik button to our social network. I feel like if we as KCparkour and going to go to the next level I feel that we should start not only posting pictures and videos but also stream live video which is what qik.com does. It streams live video from your mobile phone. I think it would be kind of cool to watch jams and training live as it happens. So let me know what you think about it.

Hello Everyone,
I am proud to say the site has changed. We now have sub-menus under "Main", "Getting Started", ..ect. This is for a move towards being an APK affiliate. We even have a little thing just for APK on the home page stating we are. I've changed up the appearance some, and we needed a logo for some time now. I want to try getting a monthly KC jam going on so I figure I'll go and maybe video the spots you suggest. I'll post the vids here under Hotspots then we can vote on a regular place to meet every month. Travelwise the ideal location would be central, but I'm willing and assume you are willing to travel wherever the people and obstacles are. I just want to take the time to lead beginners in a direction where they can find good parkour info pics and vids. You should almost always start at http://www.urbanfreeflow.com in there media section the have free downloadable videos of all the major parkour moves in wmv format. of course youtube.com is the next best place to go as well. Hey guys its Travis, I wanted to let you guys know that I'm thinking of doing a shoe review for a couple pairs of new shoes I'm going to be getting.
