I am certified by ACE (american council of Exercise) It's the No. 1 licensing agent in the nation. I just went to the Web site, ordered the study material, studied my ass off and took the test. You have to keep up with training, taking about 15 credits each year to stay certified. That reminds me I need to get on that. It was harder for me because I was a Journalism major and never had health or anatomy except in high school. You have to learn where all the muscles are and stuff. I'm a good test taker though, so I did better than I expected.

Shoe review

Hey guys its Travis, I wanted to let you guys know that I'm thinking of doing a shoe review for a couple pairs of new shoes I'm going to be getting. And I wanted to know if you guys would be interested in me writing a review on the shoes I'm getting for parkour.
