Organize a jam?

It's getting to winter, I know. But, after winter perhaps (that's a long way away -_-;;)

I am not entirely familiar with KC, but, I have been doing parkour for many years, and I've been living in the middle of no where recently bored out of my mind since I'm stuck inside all the time since there's nothing around.

I would love to organize a jam (somewhere we will discuss and at a time we discuss) where we can play games of tag in a small area about the size of a park, or have challenge games as well. We could organize teams like in Cha$e, that would be fun too.

Some ideas of mine are... The Plaza, Zona Rosa, The River Market, The Kansas City Power and Light Distrcit, some areas north of KCP&L like around the court house.

But all that aside, are there ever problems from mall security or police in any locations said?

Well I am kicked out of the Plaza for parkour, and Zona Rosa is a big Nazi on everything.

OOH, that sucks. I'm sorry to hear that. But also, thanks for mentioning it, it'll be a good thing for me to think about before I do anything.

So far, I'm thinking the best parkour fix I'll ever get will require me to go to London, they are used to it over there and there's so much that a traceur can do there it seems.

What were you doing that got you kicked out, may I ask? I'm wondering if there's differences between what I'd do casually and what you were diong that would make a difference.

Hahaha I got one of those Fake Bacon on my ass that thinks he has all the power even tho he probably failed the police academy. I got caught doing a kong over a wall and was escorted to my car and told to only come back if I was shoping. I still go there once in awhile to parkour but not as extreme as it was.

Has anyone considered Antioch Park? I haven't been there yet, but the vid looked pretty good.

Found a cool spot on 47th Terr. and Broadway; it's a parking garage with a few rails and walls and posts.

Plaza Security doesn't like us down there that much, I figured that out the hard way.

Lol, yeah but it's inside the lower level of a parking garage so they would be hard pressed to see me. Besides, depending on how I feel they may just have to catch me before they can tell me not to come back. ;-) Running might do them some good.

yes we need at least one last jam before winter. lets set one up and ask how many people will come. edge gymnastics in Riverside sound good?
