So i googled Kansas City Parkour to see if it was popular around here or not and this was the first link so here i am. Im 17 and got into parkour about 2 months ago and have trained everyday since then. Im not to great at it yet, however iv'e gotten fairly good at Kong vaults, Monkey vaults, Turn vaults, and the Kash vaults. Where do I begin....

I currently run about 3-5 miles four times a week but, I would like to mix it up a little by getting involved in free running. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to get started? I have no idea how to go about learning various "stunts."

Why Parkour?

Here's the deal. I have a job, a home, a wife, 3 kids, and a lot of extracurricular activities. I am a singer and an actor. Everything in my life is so structured, it has been starting to overwhelm me of late. I was going to go back to my old dojo, but now I have changed my mind.
